Celebrating 36 years
For over 36 years Cache Cache’s philosophy is based on consistent, heartfelt authentic food and wine combined with a warm atmosphere and friendly yet impeccable service. With a focus on local ingredients, the cuisine is unpretentious and clean. The locality, quality and freshness of ingredients has become the signature to the Cache Cache philosophy of cooking and hospitality.
Wine + Spirits
Our wine list represents the major regions of the viticultural world. The list is eclectic and ever evolving. Alexandre Harvier FWS, our wine director, has a dynamic by-the-glass program with special selections. He has extensive knowledge and his experience is fueled by his passion for wine and service.
Local Ingredients
Cache Cache prides itself in sourcing out the finest ingredients with an emphasis on local, Colorado farms whenever possible. As our home is located nearly 8000ft in the spectacular Roaring Fork Valley, we rely on local greenhouses and front range farms in the winter. In the summer months, local farms on the Western Slope from Palisade to Delta and in the North Fork Valley from Paonia to Olathe are teeming with abundance.
Our People
Cache Cache opened its doors in October of 1987. Jodi Larner, a partner and general manager since 1989, has established a world class clientele for more than 36 years. Chef Lanter was hired in 2000, then partnered with Larner in June 2004. Lanter reinstated classical French Cuisine as the foundation to this modern American, unpretentious, clean, and satisfying food. Together they have assembled an incredibly talented and loyal staff, many of whom have been with the team for over a decade.
